The 1st topic deals with all aspects of the collective investment scheme trustee, from the requirements that need to be met in order to register as a trustee or a custodian to the different types of trustees that exist.

The 2nd topic summarises the trust deed in all its parts, and outlines its place in a collective investment scheme.  The main deed is described in some detail.

The 3rd topic describes the duties and functions performed by a collective investment scheme trustee in detail in terms of best practice.
